Terms and Conditions

  • A "Conference and Banquet" ticket is needed to attend the event.
  • The ticket includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Guests of the ticket holder can attend the evening banquet by purchasing a "Banquet Only" ticket.
  • Alcohol will be served (no-host bar) in the banquet.
  • Everyone attending the event must be 21 years or older.

Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred.
  • Tickets purchased can be cancelled until August 17, 2016 for a full refund and until September 7, 2016 for a refund minus a fee of $25. No partial cancellations; all tickets on a transaction or none.
  • Please contact bitsaa.svc@gmail.com to cancel.

I was fortunate to see the organizers in action at the JCC event location discussing sessions, seating, food, music, dance floor, ... and am blown away by their enthu. So looking forward to the 17th. Hope to see many from the 80s batches!
